Welcome to GPS Tracking. GPS Tracking provide their services to you subject to the following conditions.
If you visit or shop at GPS Tracking, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Sale prices shown on GPS Tracking are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales Tax will be added to all orders.
Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.
We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers. The order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in GPS Tracking’ Bank Account.

Credit Card Orders
GPS Tracking reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number–the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure you are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card.

Once your card has been charged, you will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice should not be confused with the order receipt or order acceptance acknowledgment – these are automatic and are sent by our system prior to invoicing.

Other Modes Of Payment
Cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, money orders, and international wire transfers are also acceptable forms of payment. These should be sent, along with a print out of your order, to: GPS Tracking Solutions

For Domestic & International Wire Transfers GPS Tracking holds the right to withhold goods at our discretion or at the advisement of the Bank until the funds have cleared and are considered in good stead or holding.

For bank and company checks, orders will ship only after funds are released from your financial institution to GPS Tracking. This could take up to 10 business days after receipt of payment by GPS Tracking. All checks returned unpaid will be subject to a $40.00 returned check fee. Additionally, the check amount will be subject to a 29% interest rate per year, or the highest interest rate permissible by law.

On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared. GPS Tracking cannot reserve or guarantee continued availability.

Shipping To An Address Different From Your Billing Address
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we may hold an order for further verification if it is being shipped to an address different from the billing address. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company’s phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.

We do not ship to unverified shipping addresses as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.

Signature Required
Most orders we ship do not require signature on delivery. However, depending on the dollar amount of your order, it may be shipped “Signature Required” for proof of delivery. If you cannot be at the shipping location to sign for your package, please contact UPS (800-PICK-UPS) directly with your tracking number to request that the carrier hold the item at your local facility. You can then go to pick up your package at your earliest convenience.
Packages returned to GPS Tracking due to any of the reasons listed above will be subject to both a restocking fee and the shipping charge to have the package sent back to us.
Customers assume responsibility if damaged merchandise is signed for at the time of delivery. All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery; if you suspect damage, please note ‘damaged’ with your signature or refuse the entire delivery and call us immediately.

Pricing and Availability Policy
Due to changing cost and availability, we reserve the right to alter our prices. Our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, Gpstrackingsr.com does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without having to assign a reason to do so.
Our prices change often due to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. Our Company does not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our Web site at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
Please understand that the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.

Rebates and Discount Codes
Rebates cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon that is offered from GPS Tracking.

In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number via the RMA Request link on our Customer Service page. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions and possible restocking fees.
To cancel monthly service fees on GPS service, we must have the request in by the 20th of the month in writing or email to avoid being charged again on the 22nd of the month for the following month. Purchase of the any GPS system constitutes agreeing to the activation and monthly service fees chosen upon sale.

GPS Tracking considers any item returned to our warehouse a return. This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to the buyer and returned due to no signer, or any other reason. GPS Tracking is not responsible for any shipper error.
When returning a product for a refund, you must send in an RMA request within 15 days of receiving your product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will expire 20 days after being issued. You are responsible for returning the item to the address designated by GPS Tracking in a track-able fashion, and the RMA number must be written very clearly on your shipping label on the outside of your shipping box. Once the product you ship back to us is confirmed received, a refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fees. If receiving a refund, please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to process to your account.

It is very important you do not deface the retail box in any way.
Please be sure your RMA is prominently displayed only on the shipping label on the outside of the shipping box, so we don’t refuse your package. Products must be in like-new condition, contain all of its original contents, and in its original packaging in order to be accepted for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:
Used, Non-Defective products
Custom Built and Special order products, such as hidden cameras
One Time Use Products, including software, fluid detection kits, camera detectors, and counter-surveillance equipment
GPS Tracking devices

All Sales on the above listed items are final. Activation, monthly service fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
You package will be refuse if it is sent back to GPS Tracking without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or if the retail package or product is missing any contents or defaced in any way.

Return Service Fees: Some product returns require a restocking fee when returned. Please understand that when a product is returned, quite a lot of work goes into the return process, and this service fee allows us to keep our retail costs low, and our quality of service levels very high.


If you refuse a package upon delivery or your package is undeliverable due to customer error or oversight, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally shipped to you free of charge.


To request a return, simply submit an RMA Request Form within 15 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). We must receive your item back within 20 days from when the RMA# is issued. Please allow us 5 – 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. Merchandise returned with damaged or missing items are not eligible for a refund and will be returned back to the customer at your expense.

After your request is processed (usually within 2-3 days) we will reply with instructions. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a possible restocking fee (please see chart below). For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Defective Returns: All of our products are backed by our 1 year warranty. We will replace or repair the item if it stops working within one year of the purchase date. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 20% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. This is why we suggest that you contact our Technical Support department prior to requesting a return if you feel that the item is defective. In most cases they will be able to troubleshoot the product over the phone to avoid an unnecessary return. Within 30 days of purchase, a defective item can be returned for exchange of a different item of equal or greater value (customer will be charged for the difference in price).
